We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cardiac Sonographer (Echo Tech) for a 13-week contract assignment in Springfield, MA.
About the JobThis position requires conducting multi-specialty diagnostic ultrasound examinations according to departmental procedures. The ideal candidate will work under the direction of experienced staff sonographers within the regional ultrasound program.
Responsibilities- Conducts diagnostic ultrasound examinations according to departmental procedures.
- Works under the direction of experienced staff sonographers.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Certificate or diploma from an approved/accredited school of Radiologic/Ultrasound Technology program.
- National certification from the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers or equivalent.
- Advance certification by accrediting body in specialty, RVT/RCS/RDCS or equivalent for Cardiac/Vascular, required within 18 months of hire.
- BLS certification required.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Cardiac Sonographer (Echo Tech).
We offer a competitive pay package based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week, with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined. Other benefits include:

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, based on location and experience.
