Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Mental Health Therapist to join our team. As a Therapist, you will work closely with our diverse clientele, including queer/trans/non-binary individuals, people of color, social justice heroes, and those identified by relationship diverse orientations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality mental health services to clients, including individual, couples, and family therapy sessions.
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and goals.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices and evidence-based treatments.
- Contribute to the growth and development of our practice through marketing, outreach, and community engagement efforts.
- Current independent licensure in the State of New Jersey (e.g., LCSW, LCPC, PsyD, PhD, etc.)
- Prior private practice experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Hybrid work arrangement, with a balance of in-office and remote work.
- W2 status (not independent contractor).
- Competitive compensation package, including hourly rates for clinical hours.
