Softball Coach

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Softball Coach to join our team at Scottsdale Unified School. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coaching and mentoring young athletes, with a strong emphasis on teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship.

About the Role:
As a Softball Coach, you will be responsible for developing and implementing game strategies, coaching players individually and in groups, and maintaining a positive and safe training environment. You will also be required to work closely with other coaches, officials, and parents to ensure the success of the team.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement game strategies to achieve team goals
* Coach players individually and in groups to improve their skills and knowledge of the game
* Maintain a positive and safe training environment, ensuring that all players feel supported and encouraged
* Work closely with other coaches, officials, and parents to ensure the success of the team
* Monitor the academic performance of team members to ensure eligibility requirements are met

Requirements:
* Prior coaching experience preferred
* Must be at least 21 years of age
* Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card (FPCC)
* NFHS Fundamentals of Coaching Certificate
* NFHS Concussion in Sports Certificate
* NFHS First Aid, Health, and Safety Certificate/CPR (preferred)

Salary: $55,000-$65,000 per year, depending on experience
