Salary Range: $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description:

As a Behavioral Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in our team providing one-on-one ABA support to children with Autism in their homes or community locations.

You will work closely with our clinical team to develop and implement individualized care plans, using evidence-based methods to help children gain independence and positive behaviors.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing high-quality ABA support to clients in their homes or community locations;
  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans, working collaboratively with the clinical team;
  • Keeping accurate records of sessions using electronic devices;
  • Creating a supportive learning environment and building connections with families.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong desire to learn and make a difference for children with Autism;
  • Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations;
  • High school diploma or equivalent; and
  • A minimum 6-month commitment to make a real impact.
