Media Instructor

BeOnAir Network of Media Schools is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Media Instructor to join our team at the Cincinnati Campus. As a Media Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction and training to students in the broadcast media industry.

• Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans and training programs for students
• Assess and evaluate student progress and provide feedback
• Work closely with the Education Department to identify students who require additional support
• Conduct student satisfaction surveys and implement retention improvement programs
• Provide tutoring services to students and ensure they achieve end-of-term and end-of-program objectives
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, comments, and progress
• Resolve equipment issues and report problems to the IT team
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum and training programs

• 4-year college degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience and training
• 3-6 years of business experience, ideally with an instruction/customer service background
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform multiple concurrent tasks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

This is a non-sedentary position that requires frequent movement between departments and the ability to present lectures for long periods of time. Occasional lifting, bending, and climbing stairs may be required.
