">Job Description
">As an Early Childhood Educator at Otter Learning, you will be responsible for planning and directing age-appropriate activities that promote the intellectual, physical, emotional, and social development of children. You will prepare children for kindergarten by easing them into organized education from infancy to school age using our provided curriculum. You will also assist in daily daycare tasks such as feeding, changing, and nap time. In addition, you will maintain interactive and open communication with parents and other team members using our Classroom Management system.
">Required Skills and Qualifications
">To be successful in this role, you must have a high school diploma or GED, a minimum of six months of experience in early childhood education, and a valid Child Development Associate (CDA) credential. Some states may require additional certifications or licenses.
