Housekeeping Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate to join our team at the Springhill Suites Jacksonville Beach Oceanfront. As a Housekeeping Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our guest rooms and public areas.

• Clean and prepare guest rooms for arrival, including making beds, changing linens, and restocking amenities.
• Restock and maintain housekeeping carts and supplies.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Work collaboratively with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas.
• Perform deep cleaning tasks as assigned, including cleaning of bathrooms, kitchens, and other areas of the hotel.
• Report any maintenance or repair issues to the hotel management team.

• 1 year of housekeeping experience, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Knowledge of proper chemical handling and safety procedures.
