Dining Room Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dining Room Supervisor to join our team at McCoy's Chophouse. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of experience in a restaurant setting with some management or supervisory responsibilities.

As a Dining Room Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing guest reservations, greeting and seating guests on arrival, inspecting dining and serving areas to ensure cleanliness and proper setup, assigning work tasks and coordinating activities of dining room personnel to ensure prompt and courteous service, and managing supplies and ensuring orderly work areas.

You will also be responsible for preparing deposits and maintaining a cash management system, ensuring compliance with cash control procedures, and ensuring compliance with all applicable federal and state laws and company policies.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills by mentoring staff, recruiting/hiring/training of all employees, overseeing HR/payroll, managing issues of discipline/termination, and ensuring ongoing training/education.

• Manage guest reservations and greet/separate groups upon arrival
• Inspect dining and serving areas to ensure cleanliness and proper setup
• Assign work tasks and coordinate activities of dining room personnel to ensure prompt and courteous service
• Manage supplies and ensure orderly work areas
• Prepare deposits and maintain a cash management system

The salary for this position is approximately $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
