Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Acute Care Rehabilitation team at Arkansas Children's Hospital. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality patient care, education, and support to patients and families in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Provide education and support to patients and families on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions
Requirements
  • Associate's degree or equivalent from a nationally accredited nursing program
  • RN license in Arkansas or a compact state
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing
  • Certification in a relevant specialty (e.g., pediatrics, critical care)
  • Experience working in a pediatric or rehabilitation setting
