Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Staffing Specialist to join our team at Pro Staffing Inc. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with hiring managers to accurately assess staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Design and implement targeted recruitment strategies to attract top-tier candidates.
  • Post job openings on relevant recruitment platforms and job boards to maximize candidate reach.
  • Review resumes, conduct thorough interviews, and evaluate candidates for alignment with specific job roles.
  • Facilitate interview scheduling and communication between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Oversee the negotiation of job offers and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Ensure adherence to all hiring regulations and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases, tracking key recruitment metrics for continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources.
