Position DetailsThis full-time role offers competitive hourly wages, starting at $24.56/hr, with potential increases following training. Additional benefits include:

As a Machine Operator, your daily tasks will include:
- Working 12-hour shifts, with flexibility for rotating or night shifts
- Upholding high standards of Environmental, Health, and Safety practices

- Learning and adapting to the company's operational philosophy
- Operating spinning machines and related equipment
- Managing yarn production processes
- Conducting machine checks and ensuring quality control
- Adjusting and repairing machine components as necessary
- Transporting products within the facility
Applicants should possess:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- The ability to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays
- A willingness to work in a manufacturing environment
- Capability to wear personal protective equipment
Candidates must be able to:
- Perform tasks in a continuous process environment
- Meet physical demands including lifting, pushing, and pulling
- Work in a noisy setting and maintain focus
