Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Seasonal Sales Associate to join our team at Uniqlo Co., Ltd. in Boston's Back Bay neighborhood.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and exceed sales goals by providing exceptional customer service and promoting our products.
  • Maintain a high level of brand and operational standards, including visual merchandising and store cleanliness.
  • Manage customer needs and exceed expectations by utilizing the UNIQLO service standard and following the UNIQLO Fundamental Principles.
  • Be knowledgeable of fitting room standards and assist customers as needed.
  • Act as cashier when required and follow cashier protocol.
  • Process shipments and ensure all merchandise is represented on the floor in full size run.
  • Assist management in identifying and resolving issues in the store.
  • Provide product and brand knowledge to customers.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures and notify management of any infractions.
  • Assist with special projects as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and follow instructions.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule that meets the business needs, including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time, read computer terminals, push, pull or move objects of at least 25 pounds.
  • Ability to effectively maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom.
Part-time/Seasonal Requirements:
  • Minimum of 12 hours per week.
  • Availability on weekends, with religious exemptions considered.
  • Availability on Black Friday and during the holiday period.
