Quality Assurance Specialist

Piper Companies is seeking an experienced Quality Control Scientist to join their team in Lynwood, California.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize advanced analytical techniques, including HPLC, ICP, MALS, IR, and UV-VIS, to support the development and production of pharmaceutical products.
- Conduct Chemistry testing of reagents, raw materials, and finished products to ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines.
- Support process improvement projects, including standardization of test methods and execution of test methods, as well as assay validation and qualification.
- Investigate Out-of-Specification (OOS) and deviation issues, and conduct experiments to support these investigations.
- Ensure adherence to regulations, guidelines, and procedures.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in the development or manufacturing of pharmaceutical products.
- Hands-on experience with Chemistry techniques.
- Technical writing experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related field.
