We are seeking a compassionate and supportive individual to join our team as a caregiver and companion for individuals with developmental disabilities. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others while developing a sense of community and belonging.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing 24/7 care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being. This will include assisting with daily tasks, managing finances, and promoting independence. Requirements:
- Valid PA license and reliable transportation
- Proof of valid home and motor vehicle insurance
- General physical for all household residents six (6) months of age or older
- Satisfactory results of required pre-employment and subsequent background checks in accordance with PA State and Federal Law for all household residents that are 18 years of age and older
- Willingness to participate in required training (initial and renewal 24-hours annually)
