We are seeking a skilled Grill Cook to join our culinary team at Bullwinkle's Top Hat Bistro. As a Grill Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, including steaks, chops, salmon, ribs, burgers, and chicken.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items to a high standard
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Adhere to food safety and handling procedures
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in a high-volume kitchen setting
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Starting wage of $14-$18 depending on experience
