Job Skills / Requirements

We are currently seeking D-Licensed Security Specialists. This role is available in both full-time and part-time capacities.

As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a safe and secure atmosphere for both clients and staff while executing general security responsibilities.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring and addressing safety hazards proactively.
  • Understanding and adhering to DSI and client-specific protocols.
  • Engaging in training sessions to familiarize yourself with safety procedures and DSI's safety manual.
  • Interacting professionally with clients, visitors, employees, and the public.

Supervisor Responsibilities
The supervisor will act as a key point of contact with the client, overseeing daily operations during assigned shifts, which includes managing client and employee relations.

Additionally, the supervisor will:

  • Communicate any issues to the management chain.
  • Handle scheduling, staffing, and record-keeping tasks related to the client.

Qualifications
To qualify for this position, candidates must:

  • Be at least 21 years old.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Hold a valid Class D security license.
  • Have a valid driver's license (preferred).
  • Provide reliable transportation and communication means.
  • Pass all necessary background and drug screenings.
Education Requirements

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Certification Requirements

Valid State Driver's License
State of Florida Class D Security License
