Position Overview

  • Customer Service Excellence: Provide leadership and guidance to Associates on effective customer service techniques to resolve customer inquiries and issues in alignment with company standards.
  • Community Engagement: Actively participate in community outreach initiatives and inspire Associates to contribute positively to the community.
  • Compliance Oversight: Ensure adherence to company policies and legal regulations by analyzing reports, implementing safety controls, and conducting operational reviews.
  • Team Development: Foster a supportive environment for Associates through training, mentoring, and performance feedback, while promoting diversity awareness.

Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information and documentation is essential, in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.

Qualifications

Minimum: A Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, along with a valid pharmacy license. Completion of an accredited immunization training program is also required.

Preferred: Experience in a U.S. pharmacy setting.
