Position Summary:

Shiloh Home, Inc. is in search of a Culinary Services Coordinator for our Family Resource Pavilion. This facility encompasses a school, respite center, event venue, lunch café, and a coffee shop. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment, possess catering or banquet experience, and exhibit creativity in menu planning.

Compensation: In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the anticipated salary for this position is $20.33 per hour, with adjustments based on experience and other job-related factors as permitted by law.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare all meals served at Shiloh Home, Inc., ensuring nutritional balance on a daily basis.
  • Coordinate and deliver food service (Monday - Friday) for all meals as directed by the supervisor.
  • Cook and set up for special events and programs as needed.
  • Receive and manage donations and supplies from various vendors.
  • Conduct ongoing food inventory.
  • Place food orders as necessary.
  • Develop menus for breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner, including food production records and recipes.
  • Maintain safe and sanitary working conditions.
  • Adhere to ROAP & USDA standards, production records, and administrative reviews to ensure compliance with state regulations.
Schedule:
  • Flexible hours required based on catering needs.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of four years of food preparation experience in a restaurant or institutional setting, or a four-year degree in food and nutrition.
  • Catering or banquet serving experience is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills are essential.
  • Flexibility in work hours is required.
  • Must possess a clean driving record.
  • A valid Colorado driver's license or the ability to obtain one is necessary.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check is required.
