Job Description:
This Fabrication Specialist role involves working closely with our Technical Director to read, interpret, and build from engineered drawings. You will lay out steel construction efficiently and accurately prior to welding. Your attention to detail and mechanical skills will ensure high-quality results.

Responsibilities:
  • Interpret and build from sketches, photos, video, or other media.
  • Measure, cut, bend, punch aluminum and steel components.
  • Clean, prepare, store, and post-weld cleanup steel components.
  • Operate various equipment such as MIG welder, TIG welder, Spool Gun, drill press, and others.
  • Mount and install gates, pedestrian gates, custom fencing, rails, and other products.

Requirements:
  • Technical welding certification.
  • Mechanic background in construction or production.
  • Able to safely operate a MIG welder, TIG Welder, Stick Welder.
  • Able to lift 50 lbs.

What We Offer:
  • Estimated salary range: $43,840 - $58,080 per year based on 40-45 hours/week.
  • Performance pay and bonuses.
