IT Transformation Consultant

Job Overview
Om Group Inc is seeking an experienced IT Transformation Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our digital transformation initiatives, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and delivering high-quality solutions to our clients.

About the Role
This position involves leading and managing requirements and analysis activities, working with stakeholders to analyze and document functional requirements, and performing technical analysis of IT systems. You will also ensure project control documentation is compliant with contract requirements and develop standards for operating methods, processes, and procedures.

Responsibilities
• Lead and manage requirements and analysis activities
• Work with customer stakeholders and technical stakeholders to analyze and clearly document functional requirements
• Perform technical analysis of complete IT systems and prepare comprehensive system-level evaluations
• Ensure project control documentation is compliant with contract requirements
• Develop, modify, apply, and maintain standards for operating methods, processes, and procedures

Requirements
• Active DoD Secret Clearance
• Must be a US Citizen
• Minimum BA/BS with 5+ years of relevant experience or AA with 7+ years of relevant experience
• Excellent communication and team skills are a must, and the ability to deliver on time under aggressive schedules

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with ITIL Process
• Experience with evaluating IT initiatives in a federal agency environment
• Previous DHS or DoD experience

What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary range of $110,000 - $140,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a dynamic work environment and opportunities for growth and development.
