We are seeking a board-certified Gastroenterologist to join our team in a traditional GI practice or as a Gastroenterology Hospitalist in a thriving West Texas community. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background and excellent communication skills.
The schedule will include 3 weeks in the clinic and 1 week providing inpatient consults. Clinic weeks will consist of 2 or 3 days of seeing patients in the outpatient clinic and the rest of the week performing procedures.
As a Gastroenterology Hospitalist, you will work 7 days on/7 days off block scheduling with 24-hour block coverage. Providers will be in-house from 7 am to 5 pm and take call for the remaining time.
The compensation package includes a general GI base salary starting at $690,000 + $20,000 performance bonus. Advanced GI base salary starts at $690,000 + $20,000 performance bonus + $50,000 per year advanced GI services stipend. Total comp potential is $740,000 if doing ERCP.
Additionally, you will receive a $100,000 signing bonus + relocation allowance + wRVU bonus. Providers have the potential to make up to $900,000+ in total compensation.
