Job Description:
As a Nurse Care Specialist, you will be responsible for administering nursing care to ill, injured, or disabled patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being throughout their treatment journey.

You will execute plan of care directives accurately, monitoring and reporting any changes in patient symptoms or behavior to ensure timely interventions.

Key responsibilities include administering medications and treatments as prescribed by the treating physician, communicating with Case Managers on collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient care, and educating patients about health maintenance and disease prevention.

In addition, you will maintain accurate patient logging, provide advice and emotional support to patients and their family members, and prepare clinical notes/charting for clients' case managers on patient's overall progress.
Qualifications:
A current state nursing license in good standing is required, along with a graduate degree from an accredited school of nursing.

Candidates must also possess CPR certification, pass a full background check, and have malpractice insurance.

Familiarity with medical software and equipment is highly desirable, as is the ability to build rapport with patients, think critically, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
