As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the best possible quality of life for our patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and implement the overall plan of care for assigned patients in various hospice settings
- Provide all aspects of care for terminally ill patients, including patient and family education
- Complete all regulatory requirements for nurses, including documentation and patient assessment
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Interdisciplinary Plan of Care
- Orient new staff and participate in Quality Improvement activities
- Graduated from an accredited nursing program
- Valid Florida license to practice as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum 1 year experience in Medical Surgical nursing or equivalent
- Hospice experience preferred
- Certification in Hospice/Palliative preferred
- Valid driving license and good driving record
- Ability to work within the interdisciplinary team framework and demonstrate good oral and written communication skills
