Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accessory Shop Supervisor - Operations Manager to join our team at APS East Coast Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our accessory shop, ensuring seamless execution of our business operations, and driving results-oriented performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Supervise and coordinate all department activities, including customer relations, scheduling, employee relations, budgeting, staffing, safety, and daily/monthly/yearly production goals.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Direct the workflow of installers, conduct daily reports of time in payroll systems, resolve conflicts with associates, and enforce company policies and procedures.
  • Strategic Planning: Forecast weekly labor, assist the Operations Manager as needed, and complete month-end reports.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Meet daily with team leads, meet deadlines and objective goals, and maintain effective communication with team members and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Skills and Competencies: Effective communication skills, ability to work as a team player, ability to multi-task, and reliability in following through on tasks.
  • Computer Operations: Intermediate personal computer skills, including electronic mail, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, etc.
  • Work Authorization/Security Clearance: Must be able to obtain TWIC badge (Transportation Working Identification Credential).
Work Environment

This is a full-time position with primarily 8 hours of work each day, Monday through Friday on a day shift. This position requires overtime.
