BBQ Holdings is seeking a skilled Expeditor to join our team. As an Expeditor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and presentation of food in a timely manner. Your responsibilities will include preparing and assembling food orders quickly and efficiently, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and working closely with servers and food runners to deliver orders. You will be responsible for ensuring that food orders are prepared in a timely manner and sent out together, maintaining a brisk and steady pace, and adhering to recipes and procedures. You will also be responsible for maintaining the kitchen and all of its equipment to a like-new condition, practicing clean-as-you-go, and stocking supplies before the rush. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of work or related experience, be able to work a flexible schedule, and have a positive attitude.
