About the Role

As a Bartender, you'll be the face of our restaurant and bar, ensuring our guests receive top-notch service and a memorable experience. Your expertise in mixing drinks and sharing knowledge of our menu will make you a valuable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests to the restaurant/bar and provide exceptional service.
  • Share knowledge of the food menu and spirits/beer/wine with guests.
  • Assist guests with our mobile ordering app and take and deliver food and beverage orders.
  • Serve our guests with outstanding attention to service and provide a memorable experience.
  • Ensure cleanliness of all restaurant and food & beverage areas.
  • Prepare fresh garnishes for drinks and stock ice, glassware, flatware, and supplies.
  • Comply with all safety and sanitation ordinances, and with all state liquor laws and regulations.
  • Handle cash and credit transactions accurately, processing payments and balancing cash drawers.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and seamless service.
Requirements:

  • Previous bartending experience in a high-volume environment required.
  • Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
  • Must be able to correctly use POS system.
  • Excellent communication and guest service skills.
  • Strong team focus.
  • Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.
  • Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time, and lift and carry up to 30 lbs.
  • Must be able to work in an indoor and outdoor environment.
