Job Overview: SERVPRO of Northwest Little Rock is seeking a highly skilled Restoration Project Manager to oversee all aspects of assigned restoration projects and teams. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of management experience and 3 years of industry experience. A valid driver's license and high school diploma/GED are also required.

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year.

About the Role: As the Restoration Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate project scopes, preparing estimates, and negotiating customer approvals. You will also schedule and coordinate crews and resources, review job site documentation, and maintain written communication with customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans to ensure timely completion and quality standards.
  • Negotiate with clients and vendors to resolve issues and improve service delivery.
  • Lead and manage restoration teams to achieve operational excellence.
  • Monitor and control project expenses, including equipment and material costs.
