Marketing Generalist

Are you a creative, driven marketer with strong communication skills? iWorQ Systems is looking for a Marketing Generalist to help grow our citizen communication business. You'll be responsible for developing marketing campaigns, creating compelling content, and building strong relationships with clients and prospects.

• Develop and manage email campaigns to engage with clients and prospects.
• Optimize website performance (SEO) to improve online visibility.
• Create blog and social media content to showcase our expertise and build brand awareness.
• Enhance client communication and relationships through regular updates and feedback.
• Track and organize customer data to inform marketing strategies.
• Update marketing materials (flyers, guides) to reflect our brand and messaging.
• Assist in creating and marketing webinars to educate clients and prospects.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, senior management) to meet client needs.

• Marketing experience (2+ years) with a proven track record of success.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in marketing tools (Adobe Suite, Constant Contact, GA4 Analytics, CRM, Microsoft Office).
• Proven success in creating and managing blog content.
• Familiarity with running online meetings and webinars.
• Ability to research and understand municipal government websites (knowledge of municipal government industry is a plus).
• Organized, detail-oriented, and goal-focused.
• A customer-oriented attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work well with a team and communicate effectively with other departments.
