Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled CT Technologist to join our Radiology Department at Adventist HealthCare's Shady Grove Medical Center. As a CT Technologist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate CT scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes
  • Prepare patients for CT scans, including explaining procedures and positioning patients
  • Assume responsibility for the safety and comfort of patients during exams
  • Collaborate with radiologists to ensure accurate image interpretation and diagnosis
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in radiologic technology or related field
  • Completion of a CT technology certificate program preferred
  • Current Maryland licensure and/or ARRT certification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
