KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Achieving Sales Objectives
  • Attain sales targets by effectively conveying product insights and suggesting merchandise tailored to customer preferences.
  • Stay informed about ongoing promotions, sales, and visual merchandising standards.
  • Manage product handling, presentation, and engage in visual merchandising initiatives.
Enhancing Customer Experience
  • Maintain high customer service standards and address issues swiftly.
  • Facilitate smooth checkout processes, encourage additional sales, and enroll clients in loyalty programs.
  • Cultivate and sustain customer relationships through personalized service.
Ensuring Operational Excellence
  • Aid in inventory replenishment and uphold store cleanliness and organization.
  • Assist with visual merchandising and store displays as required.
Collaboration and Personal Growth
  • Promote a cooperative approach to problem-solving and pursue opportunities for personal growth.
Additional responsibilities as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Previous retail or sales experience is preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities
  • Capability to adapt to company technology
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
  • Continuous walking/standing for a significant portion of the shift
  • Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs. - 1-33% of the shift
  • Frequent climbing - 34%-66% of the shift
