Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Health Advocates Network. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse and a valid and current LPN license issued within the US.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques.
  • Provide general nursing care to patients, including med pass, health assessments, and sick calls.
  • Observe patient, record significant conditions and reactions, and notify supervisor or physician of patient's condition and reaction to drugs, treatments, and significant incidents.
  • Take temperature, pulse, blood pressure, and other vital signs to detect deviations from normal and assess condition of patient.

Requirements:

  • At least one year (12 months) of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
  • A valid and current LPN license issued within the US.
  • A valid and current CPR card.
  • Experience in ER, Psychiatric, MS, or Clinic.
