The Marketing Field Associate serves as a representative for Marvin Replacement at various retail venues, exhibitions, and events, with the primary goal of generating and scheduling sales appointments.


Key Responsibilities:
• Represent Marvin Replacement at local retail venues, trade shows, and events in a professional and enthusiastic manner.

• Promote and showcase the Marvin Replacement experience effectively.

• Generate and arrange quality sales appointments through engaging and informative interactions with potential customers.

• Assist in the transportation, setup, execution, and dismantling of event displays.

• Interact with prospective customers daily, effectively communicating the value of the Marvin brand.

Compensation:
Average earnings range from $20 to $25+ per hour.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
• Exceptional communication abilities.

• Professional demeanor, articulate, energetic, and engaging.

• Punctuality and meticulous attention to detail.

• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.

Additional Requirements:
• Reliable transportation and a mobile phone.

• Availability during weekends and evenings.

• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.

• Capacity to stand for extended periods.

• Capability to set up and dismantle events, which may involve over an hour of physical activity.
