Job Summary

The Occupational Therapist (OT) is a key member of our interdisciplinary team at Greenleaf Health Campus, responsible for providing a full range of occupational therapy services to our patients. This includes assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions to help patients achieve their full potential.

Licenses and Certifications

To be successful in this role, you must have and maintain a current, valid state OT licensure or registration. A current valid CPR certification is also preferred.

Qualifications

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual with the following qualifications:

  • Education: Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Experience: 0-1 years
Roles and Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans for patients
  • Implementing therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities
  • Educating patients and their families on techniques and strategies for daily living activities
  • Documenting patient progress and adapting treatment plans as necessary
  • Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
