Requirements for Senior Care Coordinator:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- A minimum of five years of professional caregiving experience
- At least one year of experience in an administrative role
- Possession of a valid driver's license and willingness to transport clients
- Ability to successfully pass a background check
Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Care Coordinator at Home Matters, you will be expected to:
- Provide exceptional care to clients while overseeing Caregivers, including their training, scheduling, and recruitment.
- Act as a representative of the company, ensuring client satisfaction and filling shift gaps as necessary.
- Maintain professional communication with clients and staff, managing tasks within established deadlines.
- Exhibit flexibility, manage on-call responsibilities, and respond to communications promptly.
- Adhere to company policies, the Employee Handbook, and established service protocols.
- Address urgent issues related to clients or staff by directing them to the appropriate management personnel.
- Coordinate new hire and client introductions, support recruitment efforts, and remain accessible by phone as needed.
- Participate in staff orientation and set a positive example during training sessions.
- Utilize a smartphone, Wi-Fi, and a company-issued laptop as required.
