As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic group of healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care and contribute to the advancement of our hospital's mission.
Responsibilities- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in accordance with organizational policies and professional nursing practice standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans that address the physical, emotional, and social needs of patients.
- Provide education and support to patients and families to promote health and wellness.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote a culture of safety and excellence.
- Current, valid RN license in the state of Arizona.
- BLS certification.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a cardiothoracic PCU or similar setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
