About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Awake Overnight Counselor to join our team at Open Sky Community Services. As a key member of our Adult Community Clinical Services team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with mental illness or dual diagnosis to live independently and achieve their personal goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance and support to individuals in a group living environment, promoting their health, safety, and well-being.
  • Implement evidence-based treatment and care plans, ensuring individuals receive the highest quality support.
  • Assist with morning routines, review and complete required documentation, and provide support during crisis situations.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure individuals receive comprehensive care and support.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; alternative education/experience considered.
  • Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record required.
  • Reliability, willingness to learn, and openness to new opportunities essential.
