Salary
The base pay range for this occupational therapist position is $85,244.44 to $106,555.56, depending on your skill level, experience, education, and location.

Job Description
As an Occupational Therapist at Cortica, you will work closely with a multi-disciplinary team to create collaborative treatment plans and integrative strategies. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Establishing occupational therapy treatment goals through dynamic and standardized assessment tools
• Providing individual therapy sessions, as well as group and/or co-treats with other disciplines as therapeutically appropriate
• Maintaining patient records, documentation, and billing in accordance with federal and state regulations and company policy
• Developing play-based and goal-based interventions to promote sensory processing, regulation, and skill development in daily occupations

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should possess:

• A master's degree in a related field
• A current and unrestricted license and/or certification required to practice within your clinical domain
• Excellent clinical skills
• The ability to work in a multi-disciplinary clinical setting
• Flexibility and openness to learning
• An appreciation for various therapeutic approaches
• A passion for working with children
• Proficiency in software and systems, including electronic medical record systems and Microsoft Office products
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to safeguard patient information
