Your Role as a Hospice LPN

As a Hospice Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play a vital role in enabling patients to spend quality time with their loved ones and engaging in activities they cherish. You will provide direct, skilled nursing services under the direction of the RN Case Manager, building trusting and compassionate relationships with patients and their families.

Requirements
  • LVN (Licensed Vocational Nurse) or LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) licensure
