\We are seeking a skilled Orthopedic Surgeon to join our team at Sparrow Lansing Hospital. As a Locum to Perm physician, you will be responsible for providing surgical services to patients in need of orthopedic care.
\About the Role
\This is a full-time position with varied hours, including 24-hour call coverage when on service at a Level I trauma center. You will be working in a hospital setting with ambulatory follow-up as needed.
\Duties and Responsibilities

- Provide surgical services to patients in need of orthopedic care\
- Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with orthopedic conditions\
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care\
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest techniques and technologies\
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to orthopedic surgery\

Requirements
\To be considered for this opportunity, you must have:

- A medical degree from an accredited institution\
- Board certification in Orthopedic Surgery\
- Current licensure to practice medicine in the state of Michigan\
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in orthopedic surgery\
- Fellowship training in Orthopedic Trauma is highly preferred\
