The role of Electrical Solutions Manager Lead at Tri-City Electrical Contractors, Inc. presents a unique opportunity to lead and drive business growth in the electrical service sector. With a strong background in electrical construction or service experience, this individual will oversee the development, implementation, and execution of operational policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Establish and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and stakeholders to secure new service contracts and ensure successful project completion.
  • Project Management: Oversee all aspects of project management, including budgeting, estimating, pre-construction, and quality control.
  • Team Leadership: Directly supervise employees, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure team success.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Foster strong customer relationships, address concerns, and resolve issues promptly.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical construction or service with supervisory, sales, and customer service expertise.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical operations concepts, codes, and regulations.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite and ability to analyze data.
  • Journeyman license preferred.

This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours of work per week, with possible overtime, nights, and weekends. Travel is primarily local but may involve out-of-area and overnight trips. Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
