Occupational Therapist

Neogen Care is seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our home health team. This rewarding role offers an opportunity to make a positive impact on patients' lives by providing personalized occupational therapy services in the comfort of their own homes.
Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify patients' needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
- Evaluate patients' physical and mental abilities to recommend suitable adaptive equipment and techniques.
- Collaborate with patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Develop and implement effective rehabilitation programs to promote independence and improve quality of life.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to document patient progress and outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an ACOTE-accredited institution.
- Certification by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
- Valid California state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist.
- 1+ year of experience in occupational therapy, preferably in a home health setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse patient populations and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with electronic medical record systems and basic computer skills.
