Job Title: Strategic Sourcing Manager

At Shuvel Digital, we are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Sourcing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies that support our company's strategic vision and goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sourcing priorities and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Prepare and manage RFPs, RFIs, and SOWs to ensure efficient and effective sourcing processes.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Drive partner satisfaction by understanding partner needs and providing responsive support.
  • Manage a competitive RFP process to ensure standardized language and evaluation criteria.
  • Participate in collaborative handoffs with PVM staff to ensure effectively negotiated contracts.
  • Administer Non-disclosure agreements, Risk Assessments, and supplier due diligence processes.
  • Support P&VM contracts teams in negotiating MSAs and other agreements.
  • Support periodic performance review meetings with vendors.
  • Provide regular feedback on supplier performance.
  • Analyze business unit requirements to identify opportunities for cost savings and strategic sourcing.
  • Consult with business unit partners to provide sourcing strategy advice and support client goals.
  • Lead source selection activities, including conducting market analysis and determining potential sources.
  • Obtain and analyze vendor performance and delivery data to ensure quality, consistency, and fairness.
  • Maintain vendor-related documentation, including source selection records and supplier performance information.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Significant experience in preparing and reviewing RFPs, RFIs, SOWs.
  • Significant experience in IT strategic sourcing, category management, subcontracts management, or procurement.
  • Advanced skill translating business goals and objectives into IT capabilities.
  • Significant experience developing, negotiating, and managing service level agreements.
  • Advanced skill exercising initiative and using good judgment to make sound decisions.
  • Advanced skill resolving conflicting requests and meeting changing requirements.
  • Advanced skill communicating complex processes to senior leadership.
  • Advanced skill relationship building, negotiation, and facilitation skills.
  • Strong Data Analytics and data manipulation skills.
  • Significant experience with change management and organizational transformation.
  • Working knowledge of procedures or strategic sourcing experience in financial services.
  • 7+ years procurement experience.
