Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team at Goldfish Swim School - Williamsville. As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching students of all ages and skill levels how to swim and water safety skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Teach swimming lessons to students of all ages and skill levels
  • Develop and implement lesson plans to meet the needs of students
  • Assess student progress and provide feedback to parents
  • Maintain a safe and positive learning environment
  • Communicate effectively with parents and other staff members
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience as a swim instructor or lifeguard preferred
  • Ability to work with children of all ages and skill levels
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
