Job Summary

The Licensed Vocational Nurse is responsible for providing direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Key responsibilities include following the plan of care, providing treatments, and collaborating with the healthcare team to achieve positive patient outcomes.

  • Document patient information accurately and thoroughly
Requirements
  • Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) with current and unencumbered license to practice in the state of employment
  • Associates' degree in Vocational/Practical Nursing from an accredited program, preferred
  • Two years of recent nursing experience, preferably in community/home health or medical/surgical settings
  • Valid CPR certification and access to reliable transportation
