Job Summary

Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking an experienced and passionate Lead Nurse to join our team of wellness professionals. As a Lead Nurse, you will be responsible for leading the clinical management of medical services and nursing staff, upholding high standards, and contributing to our monthly revenue goals.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of nurses by performing monthly chart audits, hosting regular meetings, and training new hires.
  • Conduct in-person interviews for nurse candidates and partner with the General Manager to onboard new hires.
  • Manage part-time nurse schedules to ensure adequate staffing and identify needs for hiring additional staff.
  • Disseminate policy updates and act as a liaison between the corporate team and your location.
  • Regularly evaluate nursing staff to ensure high-quality skill levels and best practices.
  • Manage store nursing operations, processes, and procedures.
  • Facilitate training and development of current nurses and the orientation of new employees.
  • Oversee hiring processes, including interviews and the selection of nursing staff.
  • Perform personnel performance evaluations, regular 1:1s, and conduct counseling when necessary.
  • Coordinate preceptorship assignments and learning opportunities.
  • Communicate accurate, information-backed, safe practice, and staffing ratios to management/ownership.
Requirements
  • Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Texas.
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certified.
  • At least two years of experience as a nurse in an acute care setting (ER, ICU, Med-Surg, or similar).
  • At least two years of experience administering IM injections and IVs and confidence in skills.
  • Leadership or management skills to comfortably lead a successful team of nurses and assist the GM in leading the studio's monthly medical goals.
  • Comfortable using technology, including our EHR system, point of sale system, and conducting Zoom telemedicine calls.
  • Maintain a non-judgmental outlook and demonstrated ability to work with a diverse clientele.
  • Verbal and written communication skills are on point.
  • Value ethics and integrity.
  • Embrace a team environment and excel at working independently.
  • Willing to adhere to all policies and procedures and understand the importance of maintaining medical compliance and upholding safety standards.
  • Motivated to grow in your role and collaborate with the leadership team on monthly studio growth opportunities.

Compensation

$43.00 per hour
