Work Schedule: Per Diem/PRN (As Needed)
Shift Timing: Night Shift; 7pm to 7am

Role Responsibilities:
The Registered Nurse is accountable for delivering coordinated nursing care for a patient or a designated group of patients within a medical/surgical care unit, as well as for the daily management and oversight of associated clinical activities.
Contributions you will make to the team as an RN:
· Exhibits proficient assessment skills to guarantee quality patient care.
· Conducts and records precise initial assessments in accordance with unit standards.
· Consistently formulates an appropriate care plan for patients from admission through discharge.
· Implements nursing actions effectively to ensure proficient nursing care is provided.
· Evaluates the nursing care plan to ensure safe and competent care delivery.
Qualifications and Experience Required:
Minimum requirements:
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program with at least an Associate of Science degree.
- Active RN license in Florida or a multi-state license is required.
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Preferred one year of hospital experience. Internship and/or preceptorship required based on nursing experience. Unit-specific competencies must be achieved according to orientation pathways.
