  • Perform general kitchen tasks as required.
  • Assist with dishwashing duties as necessary.
  • Prepare food items efficiently.
  • Keep the work area organized, clean, and sanitized.
  • Ensure quality control of all food items produced, maintaining accurate records.
  • Follow kitchen policies, procedures, and service standards diligently.
  • Observe all safety and sanitation protocols when handling food and beverages.
  • Read and follow recipes accurately and perform basic mathematical calculations as needed.
Qualifications:
  • 2-4 years of experience in food handling within a professional kitchen environment.
  • Proficient in knife skills, including cleaning and chopping vegetables and fruits with precision.
  • Basic knowledge of various cooking techniques such as frying, steaming, grilling, and egg preparation.
  • Able to work under moderate supervision.
  • Familiarity with commonly used proteins, fruits, and vegetables.
  • Ability to identify quality and spoiled products by sight, smell, and taste.
  • Culinary diploma or certification is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Willingness to work extended hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • A strong passion for the culinary arts.
