Key Responsibilities




  • Develop and maintain a daily routine that promotes healthy growth and development
  • Provide a safe and engaging environment that stimulates cognitive and motor skills
  • Work collaboratively with parents to ensure consistent care and communication
  • Maintain a clean and organized space that adheres to health and safety standards


Requirements




  • Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
  • 1+ year of experience working with infants
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with parents and other staff members
