Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at the Magic Kingdom Guest First Aid location. This is an exciting opportunity to provide medical care and support to guests in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a first aid setting, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

About the Role:

This role requires the ability to work 5 days a week, with each shift being 8.5 hours long. A 30-minute unpaid lunch break is included. Candidates must be available to work holidays and have a current and clear Florida registered nursing license.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing first aid care, using critical thinking skills to assess and treat guests, and working collaboratively with other roles in a guest-facing environment. They will also be expected to multitask efficiently, provide exceptional service, and exhibit a positive attitude.

Basic Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, candidates must have:

• An active and clear Florida Registered Nursing license
• A Bachelor's Degree
• At least 3 years of nursing experience
• BLS Certification
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with basic ability to work within a Microsoft Office suite of programs
• Full availability with work scheduled shift outlined above
• Ability to push, pull a wheelchair; as needed to care for Guests
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time to walk, lift, squat, push, pull and/or carry heavy objects, up to 30 lbs.
• Excellent hearing and ability to see, and full use of hands for patient assessment and to control, handle or feel objects and tools

Estimated Salary:

$60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience.
