Key Responsibilities- Provide Basic Medical Care: Under the supervision of registered nurses and doctors, you will administer medications and injections, take vital signs, and assist with patient comfort and hygiene.
- Monitor Patient Health: You will closely monitor patients' health and report any significant changes to the healthcare team.
- Document Medical Information: You will accurately document medical information and care provided in patient records.
- Educate Patients and Families: You will educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
- Collaborate with the Healthcare Team: You will work collaboratively with the healthcare team to provide a high standard of care.
- Current LPN License: You must hold a current LPN license in the state of AL.
- Nursing Program Graduate: You must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Clinical Experience: You must have clinical experience as an LPN, preferably in a healthcare facility.
- Nursing Knowledge and Skills: You must have knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate Nature: You must possess a compassionate nature and a strong commitment to providing patient-centered care.
